Compare coating quotes with confidence
Compare the work behind the product name
Two quotes mentioning ceramic coating can cover different preparation and surfaces. Ask whether paint correction is recommended, which areas receive protection and what maintenance is expected. A shorter product label is not enough to compare the total service.
Understand the product differences
System X Phantom and REVIVIfy Carbon X are distinct offerings. REVIVIfy describes a self-healing liquid coating under defined conditions; it is not the same thing as physical paint protection film. Ask Tony to connect each option to the needs of your finish.
Build in the care afterward
Ask for the instructions that apply to the product actually installed, including collection, washing and any warranty conditions. Coatings still need maintenance. Neither a coating nor correction should be described as a solution to every scratch or stone chip.

Southington detailing questions
How do I compare the best ceramic coatings near Southington?
Compare preparation, the exact product, covered surfaces, care instructions and applicable warranty terms. Review the installer’s experience and ask how each choice suits your vehicle.
Does System X certification apply to every coating brand?
Absolutely Mint is System X certified. Each manufacturer has its own installer requirements; System X certification does not establish certification from REVIVIfy.
Can a coating be applied over existing film?
Compatibility depends on the film, its condition and the product. Tell Tony what film is installed and discuss coating-over-film work separately.
